Basically, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days for your order. During this time, you can easily cancel your purchase* and return the purchased items. Please make sure that the items you return are in their original condition, not worn, with the original labels and that all parts of the original packaging are included in the return shipment. You can find further information about your right of return and cancellation in our terms & conditions.

*The voluntary right of return does not apply to gift vouchers, free gifts and bundle/set items.

Returns from abroad (outside Germany)

The customer bears the costs for returns from abroad. Please send your return sufficiently stamped to the following address:

Unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.

Please note that you are the originator of your return shipment and that we therefore have no insight into the tracking of your shipment and are not responsible for any transport damage or even for the loss of your return shipment. It is best to keep your return receipt until your return shipment is complete.

Returns from Germany

From a German sender address you can print out a free DHL return label in our online shop and hand in your return shipment at a Deutsche Post branch. Your return shipment is only free of charge for you if you use the return label from our DHL returns portal and if you do not return any reduced items. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs and in case of unjustified return of reduced items via our DHL returns portal we will reduce your refund by the return shipping costs (€ 4.90).



Did an article not fit perfectly, or would you like it in a different color?

A direct exchange of articles is currently not possible. If you want an ordered item in another color or size, you can check in our online shop whether the item you want is still available. Simply return your original order and order your desired item in a new order. Please note that the same return deadlines apply to your exchange as to a return.

Quality is a major concern for us. All our articles are carefully tested under real conditions to ensure that they are as suitable as possible for their intended use. Should an article delivered by us nevertheless show a reason for complaint, then you can of course return the article to us. As soon as we have received your complaint, we will check it.  If the article does not correspond to our quality standard, if it was damaged during the manufacturing process or if it does not reach you in the intended condition after leaving production, a repair, exchange or credit note will be issued.

Please note that the processing time of your complaint can take up to 10 working days after your return has been delivered.
